Through our sacred and sealed letter, we express our personal opinion regarding the character and artistic work of the esteemed Mr. Alexandros Mellos.

Mr. Alexandros Mellos is an Orthodox Christian who knows the tradition of Romiosyne (Greek Orthodox tradition) and serves it faithfully. With patience, diligence, obedience, and good disposition, he is eager to apply the regulations of Orthodoxy and the canons that govern the art of iconography.

He has successfully worked in churches and chapels of our Metropolitan region of Thessaloniki and has contributed greatly through the art of iconography to the pastoral ministry of the shepherd of our local church.

We wish that the value of his work be recognized even beyond the limits of our jurisdiction and that the Most Good God guide the painter to the glory of the Holy Trinity and His Church.
